Shipping Policy
Brunch Empire will ship to all of the 50 states, United States territories, APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us directly if you are unable to locate an area in which you are interested in shipping.
*Additional time may be added for shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, and UnitedStates territories.
Be in the Know:
- All shipments are pending until confirmation of payment approval and product availability
- Orders are processed on USPS business days
- Brunch Empire is not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages
- Worn items are not subject to exchange or return
Return & Exchange Policy:
At Brunch Empire, we pride ourselves on superior service. It is our goal to make sure everyone is 100%satisfied with every order, but we understand that some things are out of our control.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via our website form.
Please note that your return may be subject to the below restrictions:
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns for washed or worn items.
- Some items also may only be available for return or exchange for store credit.

Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of returns. We will need time to receive the product and re-enter it into inventory to fully process your return.
